Modified Tail

I just noticed this photo and wondered if anyone knows what the modification to the tail of this aircraft is?

I'd imagine a fairing for some sort of antenna/reciever.

Yep it will be a Satcom antenna from Starling, probably from the Mini Mijet range. Giving you upload speed of around 0.384Kbps and reception of between 10 and 15 Mbps for mobile phone, internet and other data applications. I would like one on my 737BBJ please

AJ could fly it, (Although a 737 might be a bit too hands on for a 767 jockey).
