When Mr. Boeing hands over an aircraft the airline gets a ceremonial 'Cockpit Door Key', that's as close at we get to ignition keys! It won't even unlock the door nowadays.

Throttle locks

Tracker (local satellite tracking device to retrieve stolen vehicles)

Anti Theft Alarms

Klingshield on cockpit windows to guard against smash and grab at taxiway intersections

Pepper Spray nozzles to discourage runway intersection hawkers selling cheap
Chinese manufactured toys and unsolicited window washes, pirated DVD's etc.

All radio's have lift off face plates disabling them while not in use

CD players with boosted bass - effectively disables all ATC communication

Klaxon's - warning device for all other aircraft that ours have right of way - all the time.

Set of vice grips to double up as joystick in an emergency
