just keep pluggin away. It'll go away eventually. I have had a lot of students getting sick this summer, but it always has gone away within a few lessons. Just try not to think about it much, keep focused on the maneuver, look as far out away from the plane as possible, and relax.

        Change what your doing.
If you're looking at the instruments look outside. If your looking outside tell the instructor you need a minute and look inside. If your chewing stop. If your not start chewing gum. Have a drink of water. Try and find something you've never seen before on the ground. Getting sick is 99.9% mental. Get your mind off it and you'll be fine.

If it doesn't go away you could try what they told us to do in the Air Force, eat bananas. They don't help the airsickness any but they taste pretty much the same coming up as they do going down.
