Wild guess: Mallorca Son San Juan? Hub for Air Berlin, so we got the foreign airline. Possibly hub to 2 spanish airlines (I can think of Vueling and Orbest Orizonia Airlines) and it is a summer residence for the spanish kings.

Got to be Malaga then, not far from Marbella, where most probably one or more arabian Kings spends some time during a year

Two other options could be Cessna factory airfield in Wichita or Reims Prunay in France.
The Cessna Crusader was built in both places but is now no longer made.If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !
