Runway's length is a ton more than the number in a defunct airline from the Americas' name.

        Here's the clue again.

A ton being 2,000 pounds (at least in the US...) I would make the runway length 5,000 feet - only because 5,000 meters would be over 16,000 feet, and that seems a bit long for a runway.

        • Now then....

There are three types of ton.

          Long ton (UK)........2240lbs.
          Short ton (US).......2000lbs.
          Metric tonne..........1000kg or 2204lbs.

          Which one ?

          • Metric tonne, in kg. Sorry for the confusion, forgot about the other types of tonnes because in the Philippines, we use 1,000kg as a value of a ton.

The country it is located in has no ports (Landlocked), and has more than 600km of electrified train lines.

                        • In fact, one could catch the other mode of transport during the landing roll ! Not that you'd want to do it that way.

                                Now for the next clue.
My ICAO code does glow and i'm pretty high up from the sea, more than 1000 feet up, actually. I'm not in North America, nor South America, not even in Oceania!
