          That's the one.

          Members of the Rastafarian sect (dreadlocks hair, reggae music etc. being part of their life) live mostly in the West Indies, particularly Jamaica. The sect was the creation of the Emperor Haile Selassi of Ethiopia and he is held in very high esteem, indeed venerated by Rastafarians.
