  • Staying on a motoring theme, albeit loosely.
Use this airport to go to a street motor race. Not the top formula though.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

    • Macau maybe?

      • Nope, not Macau. Although the name could rhyme with Macau ! Depends how you pronounce it.

            • Originally built with 4 paved runways, none of these remains today. A single runway serves this commercial airport.

                    • This airport is one of several airports serving this national capital, and was built originally with 4 runways, all of which were paved from the very beginning. None of these four runways are in use any longer, with a single paved, sub-6000 ft runway currently available at the airport. Depending on method of counting, the airport is regularly served by 7-13 airlines. The airport also is the home of two flight schools.

                      It is not Lashenden...

                          • Actually it is Gimpo. I based my hint on their Dutch Wiki entry. It says they only got Tokyo-Haneda as international destination. After checking the airport website I see that they (now) have more international destinations. My apologies for my bad homework.
Yeah we flew to Sendai Japan from Kimbo. The other teams went to Tokyo to take the bullet train to Sendai but the Sendai government wanted to show off their airport to us since our team was from their first Sister City.
