Soft/blurry towards the edges....

Aircraft is soft, and there are some contrast issues. Image taken through window or glass?...

I'd accept the appeal, but couldn't promise the same from anyone else, so your call....

Vignetting shouldn't be an issue, but softness, underexposure, and dust spots would....

The vignetting is not an 'artifact of the sky', it is a result of your camera settings (this is obvious as all four corners appear dark in the same measure), and thus is a justifiable rejection reason....

1. contrast, bordeline backlit
2. contrast

Vignetting is noticeable in the top corners, yes. Other that that, would be ok for me....

Some might have issues with the sharpening, but they would be ok for me....

The photo has already been edited, not much we can do at this point. I'd guess the 'compression' issue is related to your use of noise reduction, so I'd start with that....

1. borderline dark/contrast
2-3 borderline dark, but otherwise ok for me

Contrast and exposure should be ok, but both will definitely be rejected for soft. Quality is not there for 1800pix....
