I would say no, but I believe it is permitted at the discretion of the captain. A bird ingestion into an engine is not just a normal bird strike, but it does not equal engine failure, as we can see #2 engine was providing some thrust prior to landing after the ingestion.

Again I'm happy to be told I'm wrong, but please back it up. Thanks!!...

well I don't think its that black and white, if you just lost that engine because there is no more gas on board, i'd imagine you continue......

If you lose a motor on finals, and it causes an unstable approach, does the training recommend a ga? Thanks

1010 days between jet airline incidents with multiple ticketed passenger fatalities, by far a record and the most I'll ever see in my lifetime. This one seems to be an artillery attack followed by a long but unwinnable fight with the controls. God bless the pilots for saving as many lives as they did.
