Looking at this, I'm glad to see DL stopping their cooperation with Atlantic Coast. I find ASA quite interesting: #6 on-time, #3 in complaints, but last in mishandled bags, but in total, it's rather positive, given the bad reputation ASA has. Comair seems to be worse than ASA.
I surely would like to see Chautauqua's numbers.

I have flown ASA four times now and have never had a problem. We had a 20 minute connection one cold Febuary night. Our plane arrived into gate A2 and our ASA flight left from D28 but all three bags made it.

I always here that the most problems are caused by their "hub" at Concourse C in ATL, which is to small for all the flights, and to few gates, but now they seem to have organized it very well. Remember that ASA has 32 positions for their planes, while the north end of C only has 16 gates.

It is a report card for US airlines of a certain size only, I dont think WestJet would be even big enough to make the list if they were looked at by the DOT, this is a DOT issued report, meaning they only deal with US Airlines.

You do realize that there's no Air Canada on the list either? Given that AC is several times larger then WJ (and ASA, ACA, etc for that matter), that should have made it obvious.

well AC would not have been on there because they are lower than the airlines shown....

What is so hard to figure out about this? This report is issued by the Department of Transportation of the United States of America, it is only showing and keeping the statistics for United States airlines. The US DOT does not keep track of airlines in any other country, this is strictly for United States airlines, and its easier to have a higher on-time performance with such a few amount of flights

Just shows how biased you are, not to mention ignoring the facts.
