eg:
If it's the same 10 questions, it would be easy to hit the test until you finally hit the 75% mark.
10 questions randomnly selected from a pool of 100 would be a little harder.
If the questions are really exceptional, maybe getting 100% on the test could allow one to skip prop aircraft and jump to CRJ's if they desire. That would be 100% the first or second attempt from one computer/IP. Could just set a cookie to track the number of attempts at the test, or DB to track them for a short time.
