Have you worked ramp before?
For the most part, ramp positions are nothing to sweat about in an interview. I'm sure JetBlue will add a little....but if you're an aviation diehard, you'll be able to add a little to their workforce.
As with any interview, seem interested and let them know you'll be an integral part of their "team."
Good luck!

no I've never worked in aviation, been stocking produce for a few years. trying to get my foot in the door.In every organization, there will always be one person who knows what's going on. This person must be fired.

Is it a group interview?
If it's a group interview, be sure to pay attention to what other applicants say. Make an effort to introduce yourself to the other applicants. Say things like good luck. Be interested and attentive, even if you're not being spoken to at the moment. If you have a group activity, try to lead the discussion if you feel comfortable. This will win you some major points. If you don't lead the activity be sure to at least participate heavily. They will probably ask stuff like "How would you handle a difficulty with a co-worker?" "What's the most dificult situation you have encountered and how did you get through it?" "What 3 words would you use to describe yourself?" Have answers ready for these questions. When you're done, be sure to thank them for the opportunity of the interview. Several of their human resources people used to work for WN and I know they do it similar to WN.
Good luck! JetBlue is a great company to work for!
p.s. WEAR A COAT & TIE, EVEN IF IT'S JUST A RAMPER POSITION.

Geez, I didnt know you have to go on an interview for a ramper position...When my dad was working on the ramp, all he went thru is a 10-15 minute phone interview asking simple questions and 3 days later, he got hired making $7 an hour.
Keep it plain and simple. Always looks professional on and off duty means keep a nice decent haircut, shave, most rampers are often dirty looking with beards and stuff, but if you want to grow a beard, cool, go for it...it's not really a professional job BUT, a big but, you are respresenting a professional airline here. I dunno how the rules are with JetBlue on rampers. make sure you are physically fit...Do you work out? If you do, that'll show them that you can be able to lift 70 lbs minimum without any problems. I don't know what type of question they'll ask you 'cept for the basic "tell me about yourself" or "why do you want to work with JetBlue" or "Are you a good team worker?" ya know, typical stuff..they might throw in a bit of harder questions, but I don't know any maybe like "If you see an unknown person walking by, what do you do" or something security related. Make sure you know alot of information about the airline and about your responsibilies, duh, before the interview. Remember, just be yourself, do not lie, make eye contact and you'll do fine. Also, look your very best...stand tall and look sharp as what my mentor tells me.
Good luck,
Kevin
