Bournemouth - yes. They flew their 747s mostly out of Manchester, though.
Leased out - yes. They flew charter tours and wet leased planes
Palmair - can't tell you.

Palmair are the flight only brand of local travel agent Bath Travel. European have the contract to do flights for them. Stand to be corrected though

They are based at Bournemouth.
They do lease out aircraft and fly charters eg. corsair and for ski companys.
They lease some 732's to Palmair and the yare also based at Bournemouth.

They used to operate charters from MAN-Orlando Sanford using ex BA 742's. Last year Air Atlanta Europe replaced European on this contract- they used their own 742's.

However, when i was at MAN a few weeks ago, Air Atlanta Eurpoe operated a flight using G-BDXJ, which used to belong to European. I wonder what happened there?
