Airband Frequencies

I've recently started listening to the airband in Portland, OR, more seriously, instead of very casually since the '50s - yes FIFTIES.

I have heard some freqs. are not listed on the AIRNAV site. Specifically, 124.2 that I think is Seattle and 134.675 that is Portland approach.

This brings up several questions.

Do they change freqs. often?
Is there an up to date, accurate freq. list around?

http://www.airnav.com is a pretty complete list of most airport radio frequencies in the US. I don't know if the freqs. change often though- maybe somebody else has an answer to that question.
