    These are views from my bedroom window, the fire started in my next door neighbours dining room/kitchen.

        yeah everyone got out allright, the ambulance arrived then left pretty much straight away. I'd say they left a heater or stove going, something as simple as that.

        The damage is much worse than it looks i'd say 70% of the house is written off.

                    There have been fires in our street twice when I was living in an old neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Old apartment buildings with wooden floors, with people living in the apartment above the one on fire as well. No injuries AFAIK, but quite scary nevertheless. Taking pics wasn't really the first thing on my mind at the time...
