  • Single Engine Carrier Landings?

I'm not sure if anyone will be able to answer this question, but its worth a shot. I was wondering if the Navy/Marines ever practice a single engine approach to a carrier? I was wondering this because I've heard carrier landings are hard enough when everything is working. I'm not sure it seems like it would be worth risking a mishap on the carrier to have a plane attempt to land with one engine inoperative.

And planes that have a single engine, The F-8, A-7 and many more single engined naval jets.
