    Hi
In aviation industry as it comes to aviation medical exam you must report all history of arrests, convictions or other administrative action on your medical exam application. There are some cases, though, when your examiner will not be able to issue a medical certificate. Even with just one DUI or DWI, your application cannot be approved.

You should hopefully get away with that one. The important bit is that you are honest and declare it on your application. You were not actually prosecuted for being drunk which would have blown your application.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !
