I just got to see one of the coolest things ever. Toronto approach had us down at about 3,000ft and flying past downtown when a bolt of lightning shot past us and hit the CN tower....not something you get to see every day.

Now why would someone feather a prop on a J-Ball?

    Here's some from work recently.

    Level at 51,000 ft.

    More at 510.

It does. Just not when you're at 51,000. It loves being between 39 and 43 depending on the temp.

We were in heading mode because we were on an assigned heading. The green arc at the top of EADI indicates we're in half bank mode. The autopilot will command a steeper bank in LNAV anyway.

    Wow, FL510, very impressive.

Here's a few taken when picking up and test flying an aircraft in HKG:

Nice shots AJ, I dont think I need to tell you why the CX ones are my favourite. Though that CA A330 is very nice.

Jeepers, they gave you a heading at 510. How much traffic could you possibly be in conflict with at that altitude, I wonder? Truly I say to you, sometimes I wonder what ATC is thinking.
