HELP!!!!

Hey guys i have 7 or 8 photos accepted on j.net i really need help with my uploads.

when i upload my photos they are absolutely pefect no blur sharp as can be and are as good as any photo on j.net then when they show up in the queue they're all blurry!!!

i have paint shop photo album 4

please help me!!!!!!!!

Never heard of such a thing. Or paint shop photo album 4 either.
