A windmilling engine is one that is shut down in flight, the wind is causing the engine to continue to rotate. It's not producing thrust. It's not at idle, it is shut down.
A gear driven pump is one that connects directly to the engine. If the engine turns, the pump works.
Bleed Air, is pressurized air produced by the engines or APU which is used to pressurise/air condition the cabin, power pneumatic (air) turbines (motors) such as the ADP's or the PDU's (Pneumatic Drive Unit's) operating the LED's (Leading Edge Devices, Variable Camber and Krueger Flaps) and engine thrust reverser's.
