  • Did I crop well ...

    ... or did I not?

I have my doubts, but I cannot say why!
Or do you think it's good?

I have done only few shots like these, so I honestly don't know.

Advise me if necessary, since you all are the experts

    Cheers,

    Hinkelbein

Would be far easier to reply, if you would ask a bit more precisely. Failing that, all I can say is ... HUH!!!????

Well, for instance: is the plane exactly in the middle?
I found it hard to determine what the middle of the body was.
      Is it correctly cut off?

          On which photo exactly?

LOL, I like it as well, but I am worried about getting it accepted, since I'm uncertain about the cropping and correctly centering of the plane ...

                  Hiya,

I would say it looks a touch on the low side if anything, but I'm not a screener. I would also resize it to 1440px or 1280px as it looks a touch distorted at 1600px.

                  Hope that helps.

well, it's now in the queue, so we will screen it in due time.

I thought the same as well, but any higher and it might look unbalanced.

Composition seems ok to me, but contrast and sharpness could be better for the size.

I tried more contrast, but somehow it seems unrealistic then.

Assuming you use Adobe editing software, try adding about +15 points on contrast.

Simply adding contrast might do this. Adjusting the curves would be the right approach to improve the overall contrast.
