My bad, the new upload page seems to load in a progressive way where you need to start each field with the first few letters. If the aircraft is in the database it will load.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

Dark, off-center, and heavily compressed. Would be an instant rejection I'm afraid.

    1. can only comment on upload-sized images for quality, though this one is backlit and there's nothing you can do to fix that.
2-4. a little soft in places, but otherwise ok
    5. needs a tighter crop, especially on the left.

For 1, 2, 4, the light is still pretty dark/harsh.
3 & 5 would be ok for me.

Generally look ok, though the last one is too soft for 1600pix.

    Hello Crew,

I have some old photos (late 90/ early 2000) of a/c visiting Aruba, which I have scanned, and want your opinion if good enough for uploading.

Poor contrast (especially the first), and the first two are also heavily compressed. Third might have a chance, but contrast is borderline.

Borderline, but I think acceptable for a scan from the 90s. I rarely reject scans for quality issues. Especially for anything rare, you shouldn't have problems getting pre-2002 scans accepted if they are of decent quality.
