    Not an insignificant amount.

Are night photos now appearing on fr24?
Yes, if the aircraft and livery are clearly visible. If it is a silhouette shot or is too dark to see anything clearly, it will be excluded.

Screeners, I have removed the photo from queue. If you would, let me know what you think.

        • Hello,

I need help again. I'm worried about contrast and exposure:

Lots of dust spots, but otherwise ok.

Borderline contrast/dark rejections on most of them. A few are probably ok, but a few are quite likely to get rejected.

                thanks
As a spotting location, again borderline; the image is more about the people than the location.

                    Thanks.

I'm now working on my RAW photos from a very long time ago and was wondering how this fares? I'm thinking the fuselage looks a bit dark, but I'm not sure

And this one feels a little dark but I can't light it up more in case parts become overexposed

A bit dark, but passable I think.

Poorly centered and suffering from heat haze/the distance it was taken. Exposure is otherwise ok.

Except for the first one, they still look borderline, but passable.

Thanks. Regarding the bottom one, is the heat haze on the aircraft? IIRC the sun wasn't fully out at the time so I'm unsure why there is heat haze?

And the A380 I couldn't brighten it up without overexposing part of the plane unfortunately. I'll upload it and see where it goes. Thanks again dlowwa, you're very helpful and patient!

Heat haze is caused by temperature differences between the ground and the air, so while direct sun may make it worse, it doesn't necessarily need to be present for there to be bad haze.

Contrast is a bit weak, and there are some editing halos visible around the rotor blades, but both issues should be fixable.
