    Well Derf and I made it down to watch the Concorde leave JFK for the last time this morning. Even though we had to get up really early and it was frigid cold, once she came into sight you knew it was worth coming down. Here's some of Derf's pics he asked me to upload.

          Great pics, especially #3 . The lighting for that one is perfect and gives the Concorde an even more majestic touch .

              Yeah what's with all the trash?? Hopefully not thrown there by spotters.

              Here's a question: What's with the sharp right hand turn after take-off? Noise abatement?

                    So those pix are taken from Howard Beach?

                    I will be in NYC this weekend and I wouldn't mind checking out this spotting area. Is it accessable via public transportation, I will be staying on the upper east side by the UN.
