  • Advice on photos

    Evening all,

New to the forum. Had quite a few photos rejected from Jet Photos and wondered how I could rectify this. I don't edit my photos.

For this Virgin 787 taken at Heathrow, the comment was :
Bad Composition (bad framing / aircraft not centered)
    - Dark / Underexposed

I have a Canon 7d. The lens is Canon 100-400. It was on TV, f 7/1, 1/640 and -0.33 exposure.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Many thanks,

    Ian.

    Hi,

The image is too dark (underexposed), and has too much dead space on the left side of the frame.

Almost all photos will need at least some editing before they will be acceptable here. Yours just needs some brightening and a tighter crop on the left.
