Need correction, is that too dark ? I've upload it to JP but rejected as result overexposed because the cloud is too bright. So this is the new edit I need suggest for this . And then if I upload should I add to nightshot ?

This will be difficult to make acceptable, as the light is overall very poor. Unless there is some specific reason you would like to see this one accepted, perhaps it would be better to focus your efforts on another image that might stand a better chance.
