Some older fighter aircraft have very long nose probes - the F-100 is one that springs to mind.
IMHO, including the whole probe can often lead to an unbalanced shot, so my question is - is it acceptable to upload photos with the nose probe partially cropped out?
Your very black and white answer (no pun!) suggests that no part of any aircraft can be cropped out of any image. This is patently not the case.
I sought clarification on an issue that bugs me and can easily result in a shot looking unbalanced and aesthetically 'weak'. Cropping the pointless (again, no pun!) probe off the front of a fighter seems to be not unreasonable.
My Mother once advised me not to ask questions to which I might not like the answer. I should have just looked at other shots on the site - the first F-100 shot I found features a cropped probe! It is far from the only one.
