The photo you posted shows the aircraft too high in the frame. I'd be looking to have the center somewhere around the window line.

This photo indeed high in frame . You can use the center Tool in the website to check whether the center point at the center of the airplane. In my opinion, when you edit your photo and crop your photo in the Photoshop, you can decide the position by checking whether the center point in the Aircraft Window.Let me give you an example.
When you crop photo in Photoshop you will see this :
( Please ignore the yellow line because i save it from your link it is not belong to PS)
And then pay attention to the center of the whole photo you can see a point like this one :
Well i think i had better use my photo to show you this point.
And then you can compare to your photo you will find that is too high in the frame.
