  • Another question to avoid unnecessary mistakes + to correct mistakes in the database.

    Dear Friends,

What is the correct serial number of the Sukhoi Su-22M4 Fitter K, that located in The Auto & Technik Museum Sinsheim ?

Does the serial number is 26307 or 31406 ?

I see also that there is no uniformity in the name of the operator: German Democratic Republic - Air Force (In my humble opinion this is the correct operator) or: Germany - Air Force (I think it's not correct).

There is no uniformity in the database as one can see as follows:

I'll be happy if you determine the correct serial number and the correct operator.

    Best regards,
    Erez.

According to www.scramble.nl German Democratic Republic Air Force is indeed the correct operator with a c/n of 31406. It was transferred to German Air Force as 24+44. However, it is carrying its original Reg on its display pole so I would lean towards accepting its original East German (GDR) identity. I'll hand this over to the database editor, Erwin Stam.

EDIT. No I won't, he's beaten me to it. LOL.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

I apologize, I don't understand what is ''NVA''.
