    Hi,

I spend a half year in the Murcia area this winter.
Now I`m looking forward to take pictures in this area.
My question is: does anybody know good spotting places for following airports. Murcia San Javier
    Alicante
    Albacete

    Thank you

I have a reply for you:

      I have no idea.

      Better now?

        Thank you,

I am surprised that there are no spotters in this area.
but I'm surprised that photos are made at these airports.

Maybe you are asking the question in the wrong forum. This is a forum that tends to be visited more by generic aviation enthusiast than aviation photographers.

I haven´t been at any of the Airports, but:

LELC: Probably on the South-East Side at the Road (Camino al Camping Mar Menor) with a ladder. Or at any field near the approach.
            LEAL: http://www.spotterguide.net/index.ph...locations/#ALC
This is where you can get good photos or go aircraft spotting in Alicante. This is an old satellite image (2009) on Google and doesnt show the new terminal.

            LEAB: http://www.scramble.nl/airfield-guide/albacete

            Hope this helps!
            Best Regards from Germany,
            Julian S.

              Thank you Julian,

You gave me very good advice for LEAL and LEAB.

About LECL it is different, I spend already 3 months in this area last year without taking one photo.
This area is in my eyes a little bit dangerous because there are suspicious people drifting in the high vegetation around the road.
On the other side of the runway i do not see any possibility, apart from the mar menor, to take pictures
Therefore i asked in this forum.
I do not had time to take photos at LEAL and LEAB, but I have time to do this winter.

              Greetings.

Hey Luxembourg! Welcome to the jetphotos world! But I agree with Gabriel: I regret, that I do not own any knowledge about 'your airports'. So, you are interested in Spanish airports. Hm. I am one of the jetphotos specialists for the simulator forum section.

But, especially in combination with "my a/c type" and/or my favorite airline, I only know a few things about:
                1) Los Rodeos
                2) El Prat de Llobregat
                3) Seville
                and
                4) Madrid

I just tried to find out who here in the jetphotos world probably knows more info about
                a) Murcia airport LELC or
                b) Alicante LEAL .

Since I am writing this forum entry, I didn't find a real jetphotos expert for Spain, although LEAL is part of the LH summer schedule 2017... I rather feel 1. responsible for my nickname and 2. for my home airport, so...

There is no jetphotos specialist for Murcia online at this moment? Ah. And now I know why there is no real expert for LELC. As I understand it, Murcia first of all is a military air base in Spain. This fact is also seconded by the length of the one and only rwy which is long enough for small jets, at LELC:
                05R/23L 2300 m (7,546 ft) @ 11 AMSL .

At least if you ask me, and my nickname, Murcia is too small. I need at least a strip which is as long as KGCN!

But, thanks for your question and Greetings to Luxembourg!

The short answer would have been better.....I.e. I don't know !
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !
