How to edit photos before posting?

I was wondering about the resolution limit! I cant seem to upload my uncropped photos. Wondering what i should do to get them in the 1920x1080 requirement! Should i use gimp maybe? Hoping for some tips guys! Thanks!

Hello,
I am using Lightroom to post process my images. When I export them I select the option "Resize to fit" and put the desired value for the resolution.

You need approval before you will be allowed to upload at 1920pix. Do you already have any images accepted in the DB?

You need at least 50 recent images to be accepted with a low rejection rate before applying for large size permission.
