If you want too get rid of exposure troubles.
Try to shoot a tiny bit later.
On nr 1 and nr 2 the sun is just flashing on the aircraft, which causes a lot of highlights and are difficult to correct properly.
Mainly causing a weird looking histogram.
Just an advice.

I need some opinions about this two shots. The main thing is about the sky as I not sure if it looks good (appear to have some compression). I shoot in RAW and did my basic workflow as aways, don't know if the sky will be a problem.

Also I will appreciate opinions about the others aspects from the photo too.
