As you know very well I'm not new uploader here, so I know of course the function that you suggested, but unfortunately your answer does not help me even a little in this specific case, becouse of the two reasons for the rejection.
Also, I know very well that the members of the crew are angry many times about unjustified appeals, and I don't want to upset anyone, therefore I asked to consult here.
After all, what is the point of an appeal in vain?

By the way, I'm still waiting for an answer to the question I asked about the category.
I did not ask about the horizon, I just wrote it down as a PS.

If you go to the rejected image page, (or the image while in the queue), there are some screening tools available for you to use with your image. One of them is for checking the horizon:



If you use that tool, you can see the horizon is clearly not level, and needs CW rotation:
