Thanks a lot Wilko. I fully agree.

I'd like to add for 1) belly shots need some low sun or snow reflection or they will appear backlit as the sun isn't shinning on them.

Not a screener, but maybe I can help you.

At nr 1 the sun has been very high I assume, because all the bellys are dark, which can be explained as backlit.
At nr 2 there are glares in the cockpit windows, which are destroying the sharpness especially inside the cockpit. Wondering if it's taken inside the teminal.
Nr .3 should be defineteley taken from inside the terminal and through the glass, because there are many reflections visible caused by the glass you've taken it through.
Nr 4 seems blurry especially towards the nose or you did too much sharpening?
Nr 5 is leaning to the right. needs some ccw. I would use the pole close to the left part of minitrain (the small pole just in front of the power pylon) as my reference.

      Best Regards.

      Wilko
Thanks a lot Wilko for the detailed feedback. Much appreciated.

Thanks Alex for guidance on belly shot uploads. Will keep this in mind for future uploads.

        Hi,

Need some help with these rejects please:

        1. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=6363024: I am not shooting into the sun as can be seen from the shadows. There is light on our wing and all fuselages. I had re-worked the pic first for contrast and then sharpening

        2. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=6360059: For the motive, not enough aviation content or recognizable faces? Picked a pic where faces were not recognizable and processed only at 1200 px. I think I made a mistake with category by selecting 'Airport Overview'

        Thanks and regards,
        Siddarth

          Hey

As you can see in the first picture, the shadows from the tails fall on the fuselages itself - the tails are in shadows, the result is backlit. Additional to that, it´s a bit oversharpened IMO.
For the second picture, the focus is on the pier in the center of the picture. It´s too distracting and this leads to the Motive rejection in result. Here are some examples of acceptable Terminal Shots: https://www.jetphotos.com/registration/EFHK

Hope this helps, have a nice start in the new week!

            Hi,

Can I please get some advice on these rejects:

            1. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=6423469 - since the wing is distinctly visible, I had used aircraft registration, Heathrow as airport and selected 'Airport Overview'

            2. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=6407119 - the aircraft was heavily pitching forward on approach. Try to make a collage of the sequence leading to the shot

First one is fine with the info as you've submitted; I've accepted it. Second one is a bit more subjective. I would have been ok with it, but understand that others might not agree with the level. You can either appeal it, or rotate it slightly as suggested, and re-submit.

Possibly. The blacks look quite washed out, so you might want to fix that.

Contrast is too low, darks are all washed out.

                            Hi,

Wish you all a very happy new year. Got back to processing and uploading after a break. Can I please get some help with these rejects:

                            1. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=7034862 - received few rejects of similar kind. Is the 'over-exposed' rejection because of the light in window/roof panes? I felt the aircraft itself was well exposed. Any suggestions on how to fix the over-exposure coming only from the window panes

                            2. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=7036772 - I will rework the sharpening and exposure, but did not understand the motive rejection. The Marine standing is a statue.

                            Regards,
                            Siddarth

                              1. Exterior window is blown out. Probably not fixable.
                              2. Screener probably didn't realize it was part of the display. You can ignore the motive rejection.

                                Hi,

Warm greetings! Getting back to uploading after a break. Need help with this rejection for horizon - https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=7554803. I had used verticals of the hangar/lamp posts near the second Dreamlifter as reference.

                                Thanks and regards,
