Ok so for 1. to me it looks like there is too much contrast and maybe sharpening. Is that correct?

No, there is a halo around the aircraft where the color is bleeding into the sky, likely from too much (or poorly applied) noise reduction.

Oh ok I see it now! So what can I do to fix this?

Can't 'fix' it. Only thing to do is avoid causing it in the first place when editing.

Is this better? I started the edit over, kept the same light settings, adjusted the crop because the plane was too high in frame, and took it easy with the noise reduction.

Don't see much of an issue with the editing here. Honestly, at ISO100, you shouldn't really need to apply any NR.

So then it should be accepted then?

Also, when submitting to the queue, I select "private" as the airline correct?

A touch low and soft, but may be ok.

                    Both dark, soft, and overprocessed.

Is this better? I brightened up the Phenom, and removed the halo around the cockpit.

It has a strong purple colour cast, depending on the browser used. Classic symptom of using ProPhoto RGB instead of sRGB as colour space. Please save it with colour space set to sRGB

I'm sorry, but can you explain what sRGB is and how to save it like that? Thanks.

Is this better? I went to the websites that Julian provided and followed the directions, so here it is, with sRGB selected.

This would be rejected for soft, compression, overprocessing and/or manipulation. Whatever you've done to the sky is not good. It is also saved in the wrong color space again. sRGB is necessary for the color to display correctly, but you have again saved it in ProPhoto RGB.
