Heathaze can be recognised by blurried parts on the aircraft. In your case. The Belly of the LH A321 is blurred and seems to be vibrating.
Also the jetwash of the engines will cause heathaze.
Edditing the photo and especially sharpening wil raise the effect of heathaze.
Your photo seems to be taken on a hot day.
On hot days and especially with not much wind, shots like these will definitely suffer heathaze, because the air will vibrate due to high temperatures and movements from the aircraft
The vibrations will return into the aircraft.
Try to avoid shots like these and take photos higher in the sky under these conditions.
Not just before landing because heathaze can be caused then by vibrating air just above the ground.
Try to photograph as close-up as possible to minimalize thee ffect of heathaze. Don't use a lot of crop.

Do not upload these. They both suffer from very poor or harsh light, which is not fixable with editing.

I check photos simply with my eyes. I don't open photos for pre-screening on my photo editor to check them.

Geri answered your first question above. For most photos we just click on it and look at it.

As for your wing view, the horizon looks off, and it is suffering from compression.
