I don't find any editing needed. I liked it!

The level is fine, but it's a bit dark and there is a cyan/green cast to the image.

Adjust it something like the right side here:

Color is better, but is suffering from a fair amount of compression.

Yeah, I think I might give up on this one because the quality of the original picture wasn't that great. Thanks for the help tho.

I was able to find the original of 163106 and do a completely new edit of it. I also wanted to get some feedback on the British Airways pic. Would it get a contrast rejection? If so why? I have a basic understanding of what constitutes a well contrasted picture, but I'm still quite unsure of what a well contrasted picture is and how to tell if one is well contrasted.

Thanks in advance for the help.

                1. color ok, but very borderline for soft/compression.
                2. would be rejected for dark, soft, and yes, contrast. Any time there is no direct light falling on the aircraft, the chances of a contrast rejection are much higher.

All three would be rejected for contrast/poor light, among other issues.

Just for further reference, are long exposures like these accepted on JetPhotos?

Do nighttime shots like this have any chance?

If you adjust the color and exposure, yes.

White balance still much too warm, and now image is also soft.
