  • Editing softwares

I am trying to decide what editing softwares to download. I know some such as lightroom and photoshop, but I would like to know if there are any good editing softwares that are free. Please feel to reply if you know of any!

As Im using Lightroom which is a really good piece of software I can not tell you that mich about freeware. But if you use Canon there is a quite good software called Canon Digital Photo Professional. You should get it with your camera and you can download updates from the Canon website. I can recommend that software.

But also think about may buying Lightroom as it really helps you also with sorting and tagging photos and you can simply switch from sorting to editing and vice versa. But the named freeware should give you a good start

Fastone Image Viewer. A good freeware program. Accepts as far as I now all RAW formats to.
