  • F16C Aircraft. Warbird or not?

    Hi all,

just want to clarify if a F16C aircraft taken in flight should be checked as a warbird or not. Thanks (:

If it is a recent image of an aircraft still in service then no, it’s not Warbird.

Warbird/vintage applies to out of service military aircraft on a civil register, any museum or permanently static aircraft, for example gate guards, now out of service and WW1/WW2 Aircraft, even if they are flyable.

I have seen your recent email to us regarding a rejection but we have not rejected any of your images for categories as far as I know.

EDIT: Actually, we did reject once for category..... https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=6382627

Rejected because it should have been uploaded as the lead “Special Scheme” Aircraft. Special Scheme was the category missing here, not Warbird/vintage.

Or to be more correct. It was rejected because the special scheme was selected but up-loaded with the info for the F-16
