Both would be rejected for contrast, unfortunately.

Too much or too low contrast?

Too low, but given the poor light, this may be difficult to fix by editing.

Dear, I have a question about a photo.
Due to low light of this shot I have to add "Night Shot" and also, it is a business jet?

Yes business jet, but likely a contrast rejection.

How can I know if a gov jet is "Business" ?

                Hi,
Last february I went to Munich, where I got a lot of gov jets.

The main trouble is: which of these are counted like business jets and requires the category?

It's really difficult to know cause someone added the cat. and someothers not...

The aircrafts that I'm about talking are:

                Gulfstream G550 Poland air force

                Airbus A319-133X(CJ) qatar amiri

British Aerospace Bae 146 CC.2 RAF

Bombardier BD-700-1A11 Global 5000 German air force

                Dassault Falcon 2000 Bulgaria government

                Boeing C-40C USAF

Dassault Falcon 2000EX Slovenia air force

And also an USAF Boeing E-4B

                Thanks for your help.

The all should be bizjet. Except the E-4.

Business Jet refers to type of aircraft, not operator. A Gulfstream will always be a business jet, regardless of whether it's operated by a private owner/corporation, government, or military.

                              Dear,
During the last event in LIPV I had two interesting catches.
                              1) What do you think about this photos?
                              2) That planes are not present into the DB so what can I do? (I tried to add the type using the form but, I don't know the right way to insert all data so Is possible to do it from there?)

                              Here is the photos:

This plane is a Nando Groppo Trail (Ultralight)

Borderline soft and some compression visible. Probably better at lower resolution.
