Double or not?

be rejected for "Double" due to this photo? https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/7773792

The photos depict the same airplane in the same location, but were taken 6 years apart, and they depict different situations (parked plane vs one of its rare flights).

Not double, more like Similar but no, they are not similar. There is also change in livery (glider sticker added)

Not double. That only applies to repeats of the exact same image. Not similar either with the scheme change. The reason for rejection is the use of the personal watermark.
