Old plane monument

Good morning,
I have a picture of an old plane contributed by the Air-force years ago to my hometown, and now mounted as a "statue"on a local garden.
What info / data should I enter in the describtion tabs if it is not an airport, plane has no registration depicted and all I know is its manufacturer name originally.
The plane is also not well cared, actually neglected but visible.
Are such pictures allowed?

Okay if it is the one, then as Location:
Country: Israel
Location: Other Location
For Example: Air Force Garden Givatayim or Givatayim - Air Force Garden

I have searched for the Reg. of the Magister in the Internet but have not Found any Info.
Probably another user knows the Reg., otherwise enter the Infos you have and let the Registration and c/n Field empty.
