  • Nigel Shim - Editting Advice

Hi. This is my first time posting on this forum. I was wondering which photo editing software is suitable for photo editing because I don't seem to find a suitable photo editor. A bit of suggestions will do. Thanks.

Probably the most widely used is Photoshop. Other good editors are Lightroom, the standard software for Canon or Nikon cameras, Gimp and I also have used the standard Mac Photos, which is free.

I see. The thing is I heavily rely on my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and i don't possess a DSLR. Haha. So, I am still hunting for the perfect photo editors to edit my shots.

Hi all. Recently, I have tried uploading shots which is on a cloudy weather but it always gets rejected for contrast issues. May I know how to solve this? These are the samples.
        Thanks.

Simple (non-sarcastic) answer: avoid shooting on cloudy days if you plan to submit those images.

Hi. May I know whether this is acceptable as I kinna guessed its vignette issues. This happens when I used the curves feature to edit. Please advice on what should I do if its indeed vignette? Thank you.

              Not vignetting. Overprocessing/bad editing.

I see. May I know is it halos or the sky? If so, may I know how can it be fixed?

Do the dark corners appear in the original image? No.
