Good morning! I would like to ask for editing advice on this photo. Are the exposure and contrast enough to be accepted? Horizon is also questionable, too. Thank you!

Seems a bit dark, and while there are no reliable vertical references, it does also seem to need some CW rotation.

A bit noisy and bright, and I think it might benefit from a bit lower resolution. I also personally see no need for a 4x3 cropping ratio, but that's just personal taste.

Aircraft (which make up most of the subject) are all backlit, so borderline for contrast/dark/backlit.

First two should be ok; third one borderline motive/quality.

                            How to fix this photo?

                            Good evening!

I would like to ask for advice on the editing of this photo. How can I remove the halos on this photo? The halos were not caused by overprocessing. My Nikon D40X doesn't have a D-Lighting function either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Note: The second photo shows the circles where the halos are located.

Are the halos there on the RAW file? If not, then clarity, dehaze, vibrance, shadow/highlight settings are the likely culprit(s).

Yes. There are halos on the RAW file.
