  • Convair C-131 double-engine failure and ditching, 1 dead 1 injured.

    Given that it was a fatal accident that happened to an US airline in US soil (well, sea) and it involves the FAA and NTSB, it is strange that it didn't have any repercussion here.

    Speculation in different fora has it as fuel exhaustion.

      I'm speculating that the lack of speculation here is due to speculation exhaustion.

      Fuel exhaustion or... coincidence? Anyway, with one pilot in stable condition, they must know by now.
