Whar rejection reasons did you have?
At first I would say: „Light conditions not good enough“?Eugen P. MUCspotting

I always tried to post some pictures but all pictures were rejected. Now I followed some instructions from the Internet and wanted to beg you to check my pictures and maybe tell me if they now would be accepted and if not what I should change or do better.
Best regards

I can use lightroom or Luminar and my camera is an EOS M50 55-200mm.

6.6 Soft
This means your picture is not sharp enough for the database, go back to your editing program and add a little more sharpening until you can get the picture to look sharp and then re-upload. Softness is usually a result of poor editing rather than a problem with the actual photographing. Many cheaper lenses will give you a soft image if used under poor light and at longer focal lengths, if this happens it is unlikely that any amount editing will save the image.

Your camera and lens are up to the task, in my opinion. Both are decent.
Try the following:
* Shoot in good light conditions with the plane well-lit by the sun (the sun should not be behind the plane and avoid overcast conditions).
* Set your shutter speed faster. Your Ryanair photo was 1/160. Try to set it to about 1/400.
* Use a smaller aperture, such as f/7 or f/8.
* Make sure the plane fills the frame when you take the shot. You shouldn't have to crop extensively to get rid of empty space around the plane.
A faster shutter speed means less camera shake; even though your lens is IS, a bit of shake can still creep in at a slow shutter speed. A smaller aperture means more depth of field, which means more of the picture is in focus (less background blur / bokeh).

Then adjust contrast, sharpness, resize to upload size. After that you may ask here if anything more needs to be done.
