The first one looks soft and underexposed
The second one looks to have heat haze, soft and underexposed
These photos won't be fixable in editing unfortunately.
Double check with an actual screener though.

Hello all,
My brother tried uploading this photo to JP a few days ago, and it was rejected for over processing, even though it wasn't even edited. He appealed it, and the screener said to post the photo in the forum, and so here I am. Is there a way to fix this, and get it accepted?
BTW, I'm posting the photo for my brother, because he doesn't have an account here on the forum, and I do, so I'm just passing this along for him.
Thanks,Andrew - CVG Spotter
