Contrast is very poor on all of these images. There are also issues with obstruction (fence), horizon, and color (wrong color profile - sRGB is required). The poor contrast is not really fixable, so probably not worth wasting time trying to fix the other issues.

Definitely contrast is the main issue. You should probably try checking your weather forecast to see which day is going to be a more sunny day day with better lighting. It's easier to get images with better contrast if you shoot on a sunny day. Also try finding a location without an obstruction like that fence, or try shooting from a more elevated position so that the fence is not so obstructive.

No, they would all be rejected for contrast/dark/color.

Only under the condition you agree to not open any new forum/photographer accounts in the future, for whatever reason.

    1. color, horizon
    2-5 borderline contrast/color

Slight yellow cast & flat contrast on all of them.

Shoot in better light conditions. After the fact, you can try adjusting the white balance a bit cooler, that would help with the yellow cast.

Color is better, and contrast would be ok for me on the latter three. Still a bit harsh on the first.
