Definitely contrast is the main issue. You should probably try checking your weather forecast to see which day is going to be a more sunny day day with better lighting. It's easier to get images with better contrast if you shoot on a sunny day. Also try finding a location without an obstruction like that fence, or try shooting from a more elevated position so that the fence is not so obstructive.

2-5 borderline contrast/color
Slight yellow cast & flat contrast on all of them.
