Maybe a touch soft in places, but they'd all be ok for me.

            • Good Evening,

I have some more for pre-screening. Hopefully I'm getting my head around most of the acceptable paramaters, still not sure on softness at times though.

potentially over exposed slightly, also looks like it may be a touch over-sharpened around the registration number area.

sunlight 'flash' around the forward door. might constitute an over exposure.

I think this one is OK, but I usually have sharpness issues with images shot at that angle, so just wanting an expert opinion.

              Many Thanks as always.

All three would be ok for me.

When I first looked at this one I thought it would be OK, the more I look at it the more I think it's just too soft.

I'm not sure on the contrast of this one, Also the background blur is throwing me off evaluating the sharpness.

Thanks, I thought it may have been. I've not another couple for you to look at if you'd be so kind.

The centering is off (only slightly imo). Wondering whether it's within paramaters you'd find acceptable or if it's too far out. Sadly because of the original shot I cannot crop it any better.

I'm not sure if this one is too soft, especially around the tail

This one has caused me a headache. Would appreciate opinions especially concerning contrast and colour.

                        Your assessments are basically correct:

                        1. ok
                        2. soft/blurry
                        3. dark/contrast

Morning, I've had a go at further sharpening on 2. It looks better to my (untrained) eye, hopefully I've not overdone it

Blurry can't be fixed by adding more sharpening. The tail area is still noticeably soft/blurry. I would try a different frame than this one.

I understand, thanks for the advice. Will see if I have another suitable shot from the sequence.

                              • Good Evening,

I have another few I'd be grateful if you'd pre-screen. Im generally concerned about softness in them and contrast also with the Virgin Atlantic.
